Terms and conditions
The reservation will be confirmed once payment has been made. In case of cancellation, it must be made 10 days before the reserved date, with a cost of €35 for administrative expenses. In case the cancellation is made before the 10 days established, the money will not be refunded since said reservation compromises the place of another participant.
In the event of aggressive misbehaviour by a child, the parents will be informed and if it is repeated, the right of admission and permanence will be used, being the responsibility of the family and not of the establishment, in whose absence the amount paid will not be refunded either.
Lost property: The next day, all objects found during the previous day will be displayed at the entrance. These must be collected in the morning of the following day, leaving Finca S’illa without any responsibility. The children’s belongings must have their names written on the clothes or objects in their entirety.
Entry time: During the days of activity, parents, family members and/or friends are not allowed to enter the facilities for the safety of everyone. If you want to visit the farm, you must arrange it in advance and with a prior appointment. If a participant needs to adapt, this must be done at the entrance up to the first line of animals. In this case, the parent or companion may enter up to the Goats and Sheep area.
The pick-up time is as established as contracted. If the time exceeds 15 minutes, the cost of the extra hour of the next product will be paid, if applicable. If it is closing time (3 pm + 15 min), a monitor will be in charge of the child, the cost being €20 per hour.
Access to the indoor parking lot is allowed during pick-up times as long as the 15km/h speed limit is respected, as established.
