Information about the finca
Finca s'Illa is located in Marratxí next to the old road to Bunyola. Most of the rooms are accessible for reduced mobility and there is a car park.
General terms and conditions
When contracting birthday parties with Finca s'Illa the following conditions are accepted: The activities are led by one or more monitors from the finca depending on the number of guests. All activities are adapted to the age range and number of guests in the group. Each group will be accompanied by a parent. The parent will inform the finca of possible allergies, intolerances and also disorders or behaviours of the guests to be taken into account, being under the responsibility of the person contracting the event, the lack of written information duly sent to the Finca s'Illa e-mail (hipica.silla@gmail.com).

The following safety rules are important to ensure the smooth running of the birthday party and the well-being of the children and all living beings on the estate. Respect the space and well-being of all the animals on the farm.

Changes
A booking can be rescheduled free of charge with a minimum of 30 days notice. The change will be subject to availability. In case of rain or adverse weather conditions, the departure will be rescheduled according to availability as soon as possible.
Cancellations
Cancellations are free of charge if they are communicated 40 days before the booked date. Otherwise the reservation fee of 100 € will not be refunded.
Image rights
The Finca s'Illa team is not responsible for the taking and management of photographs and/or videos during the course of the activities. -Each parent of the birthday boy/girl is responsible for this task. -The Finca reserves the right to take photographs for its digital platforms. However, they may only be used without faces appearing.
Method of payment
Important: No reservation will be taken until the corresponding payment has been made. -Payment will be made by bank transfer or in cash as agreed. 100 € must be paid at the time of booking.
