The cake for children and adults is not included, you can bring the one you like the most for your celebration.

Finca s’Illa is located in Marratxí, next to the old Bunyola road. Most spaces are accessible for people with reduced mobility and offer parking facilities.General conditions
By booking a birthday event with Finca s’Illa, the following conditions are accepted: activities are supervised by one or more monitors from the estate, depending on the number of guests. All activities are adapted to the age range and the number of guests in the group. Each group must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The parent/guardian must inform the estate about any allergies, intolerances, or any disorders or behaviors of the guests that should be taken into account. The responsibility for failing to provide written information via email to Finca s’Illa (hipica.silla@gmail.com) lies with the event organizer.Safety rules
The following safety rules are important to ensure the proper development of the birthday event and the well-being of the children and all living beings on the estate. Respect the space and well-being of all animals on the estate.Changes
A reservation can be rescheduled at no cost if notified at least 20 days in advance. The change will be subject to the estate’s availability. In case of rain or adverse weather conditions, the event will be rescheduled as soon as possible, subject to availability.Cancellations
A definitive cancellation without cost is possible as long as it is communicated at least 30 days before the reserved date. Otherwise, the paid reservation fee of €100 will not be refunded.Image rights
The Finca s’Illa team is not responsible for the taking or management of photographs and/or videos during the activities.

Payment method
Important: No reservation will be finalized until the corresponding payment is made. A €100 deposit link must be requested by calling 648 636 150 at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in cash at the end of the event.
