What does the “Animal Adventure Pack” include?

All birthday children and their guests will enjoy our signature activities:

Animal Experience (Educational Farm): The heart of our farm. Children will meet, learn about, and connect with our animals in a friendly and educational environment.

Train Ride: A fun tour around the entire property that is always a party favorite.

Water Slide with Pool: Refreshing fun to slide and play in the water.

What Our Parties Include

Specialized Monitor: A guide will accompany the group during the activities to ensure children learn about the animals in a safe and fun way.

Duration: 3 hours of total adventure.

Snack for the children:

  • Main dish (one option for the whole group): Pizza, hot dogs, ham and cheese sandwiches, or Nocilla sandwiches.
  • Sides: Spanish omelette skewers and crisps.
  • Drinks: Water and juices.

Includes full tableware (plates, cups, and cutlery).

Information for Families

The Cake: Not included; you can bring any cake you like for your celebration.

Food for Adults: You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks to enjoy a snack while the children take part in the activities.

Setup Time: You will have access to the venue 30 minutes before the event to organize and decorate the space.

Important Information

  • Piñatas are not allowed.
  • Pets are not permitted on the premises.
  • Finca S’illa is a smoke-free environment.
  • You will be given 30 minutes before the event to organize and decorate.

Monday to Thursday: €400

Friday: €430

Saturdays and Holidays: €450

The base price includes up to 15 children and 15 adults.
(Extra child: €10 | Extra adult: €5, only if the number of adults exceeds the number of children).

    Information about the property
    Finca s'Illa is located in Marratxí next to ctra. old woman of Bunyola. Most spaces have accessibility for reduced mobility and have parking.
    General conditions
    When booking a birthday party with Finca s'Illa, the following conditions are accepted: The activities are directed by one or more monitors from the estate depending on the number of guests. All activities are adapted to the age range and number of guests in the group. Each group will be accompanied by a mother/father. The mother/father will inform the farm of possible allergies, intolerances and also disorders or behaviors of the guests that must be taken into account, and the lack of duly written information sent to the Finca s' email will be the responsibility of whoever contracts the event.     Safety rules
    The following safety regulations are important to ensure the proper development of the birthday party and the well-being of the children and all living beings on the farm. Respect the space and well-being of all the animals on the farm.
    Changes
    A reservation can be rescheduled free of charge by giving a minimum of 20 days' notice. The change will be subject to availability of the property. In case of rain or adverse weather, the departure will be rescheduled according to availability as soon as possible.
    Cancellations
    Definitive cancellation at no cost as long as you communicate 30 days in advance of the reserved date. Otherwise, the reservation paid of €100 will not be refunded.
    Image rights
    The Finca s'Illa team is not responsible for taking and managing photographs and/or videos during the course of the activities.
    Payment method
    Important: No reservation will be made until the corresponding payment is made. - A link to make a deposit of €100 will be requested at 648 636 150 when making the reservation. The remaining amount will be paid at the end of the event in cash.

    Information about the venue
    Finca s’Illa is located in Marratxí, next to the old Bunyola road (Carretera vieja de Bunyola). Most areas are accessible for people with reduced mobility, and parking is available on site.

    General conditions
    By booking a birthday party with Finca s’Illa, you accept the following conditions: The activities are led by one or more monitors from the venue, depending on the number of guests. All activities are adapted to the age range and group size. Each group will be accompanied by a parent (mother/father). The parent must inform the venue of any allergies, intolerances, as well as any disorders or behaviours of the guests that should be taken into account. Failure to provide this information in writing and sent to Finca s’Illa’s email (hipica.silla@gmail.com) will be the responsibility of the person booking the event.

    Safety rules
    The following safety rules are important to ensure the proper development of the birthday party and the wellbeing of the children and all living beings on the farm. Respect the space and wellbeing of all the animals on the farm.

    Changes due to weather conditions
    In the event of adverse weather conditions that prevent the safe execution of the planned activities, the event will be cancelled and communicated as soon as possible. A new date will be agreed upon based on availability for both the client and the venue.

    This circumstance does not entitle a refund of the reservation or payment already made, provided the venue offers the possibility to reschedule within 30 days of the original date.

    Cancellation and change policy
    Date changes are allowed if requested more than 30 days in advance and are subject to availability.

    The reservation fee for this activity is €100. The remaining balance must be paid in cash during or at the end of the event.

    For birthday parties, full cancellation is free of charge if communicated more than 30 days in advance. The reservation fee will be refunded minus €35 for administrative costs.

    Cancellation within 29 days prior to the event does not entitle any refund.

    Within 10 days of the event, only force majeure or illness cases will be eligible for a 100% refund, provided that Finca s’Illa has been unable to offer alternative dates within the following 30 days.

    Image rights
    The Finca s’Illa team is not responsible for the taking or management of photos and/or videos during the activities.

    Payment method
    Important: No booking will be confirmed until payment has been made. A €100 deposit must be paid via a link requested at 648 636 150 to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in cash at the end of the event.
